A typical consultation lasts 45-60 minutes. This gives us enough time to understand your requirements, discuss design possibilities, review materials and finishes, and answer all your questions. If you need more time, we're happy to schedule additional sessions.

While walk-ins are welcome during our showroom hours, we highly recommend booking an appointment. This ensures one of our design experts is available to give you personalized attention and a comprehensive tour of our materials, finishes, and completed project samples.

Bring your space measurements (length, width, height), any inspiration images or design references you've collected, a list of must-have features, and your approximate budget range. If you have floor plans or photos of your current space, those are helpful too. Don't worry if you don't have everything—we'll guide you through the process.
